Results are not guaranteed

The transformations, statistics, before-and-after photographs, body-fat figures, timelines and other results described in the Content — including Clive Burns's own documented 2012 transformation — are presented as real, recorded examples of what was achieved by a specific individual under specific conditions.

They are illustrative, not typical, and they are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve.  Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your starting point, age, genetics, health, effort, consistency, environment and adherence. You may achieve more, less, or different results, or no results at all. Nothing in the Content should be taken as a guarantee that you will lose a particular amount of weight or body fat, reach a particular fitness level, or achieve any specific outcome.

Calculators and estimates

Any calculators or tools provided (for example, the Healthy Weight Planner and the Body Fat & Composition Planner) produce estimates based on general formulas and the information you enter. They are starting points for planning, not precise prescriptions or medical assessments, and should not be relied upon as such.
